[ Threshold ]

.EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) Rubber:  
    1. Widely used in car doors.
    2. Bear high temperature up to 160℃ and resist acid or 

        alkali.
    3. Weather resistant and can be used for more than 10

        years.

.Basically the same as the main stanchion, only with tightening bar knobs at both sides.
.Required when the cover range needs to be widely extended.

[ Watertight Panel ]
.Material: Aluminum Alloy
                  EPDM Rubber
.The surface of each panel is anodized.
.Each panel is 16 cm high and 3.5 cm thick. 
.Weight 2.785 per meter. 
.With 6 lateral layers to help resist current pressure.
.With EPDM rubber inserted into panels to ensure that it won’t drop off in the future.
.With plastic covers on both sides of panels to avoid bugs and cutting.  
.Tested by MIRDC (Metal Industries Research & Development Centre):
    Every 1600cm2 can bear current pressure up to 1300kg.

[ Tightening Lock ]

.Material: Stainless Steel 
.Put on the end post or middle post to tighten the panels downward. 
.Can be locked at the end of the assembly process to prevent the stealing of components.

[ Back Support ]Installation Method of back support

.Needed when the width of each segment

    exceeded certain distances.
.Adjust and fix it to tighten the panels

    and help support the flood panel to

    resist current pressure. 
.Passed loading test conducted by

    A Span of 1 meter can bear more than 3700Kgf current pressure.
.With bases of back support and brace:
    1. Buried into the ground about 5 cm to resist current pressure.
    2. Leveled with the ground after the installation.

The product has passed international testing standards and is certificated by FM Approvals.
.Water lashes test for the flood panel: Apply the water level to a height of 70 cm and keep
water from impacting the surface of the flood panel. The average speed of the flow shall be more than 1m/s.

.Wave test for the flood panel: Apply the water level to a height of 70 cm and keep waves impacting the surface of the flood panel.
The height of the wave shall be about 10 cm high.

Obtained patents from America, China, Japan, Malaysia and Taiwan. The flood panel is easy to operate and can be deployed in 10 minutes by a single individual. The performance to stop flood is absolutely brilliant, and the system has already been sold to Australia, China, Japan, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand.
